About the Presenter
Phil Harwood is widely-considered as one of the leading business advisors in the snow and ice industry. He has contributed greatly to the industry throughout his career and was twice honored with the prestigious Snow Industry Commitment Award by the Snow and Ice
Management Association (SIMA). After running large commercial snow operations in Michigan for many years, he has focused his efforts on helping others in the industry grow successful companies using subcontractors. Phil is a co-owner of the Snowfighters Institute, along with Neal Glatt, where he presents at events and hosts the Snowfighters Institute Podcast. Phil will be the lead presenter at the upcoming OPS Management two-day educational and networking event, being held September 11-12, 2024 in Leesport, Pennsylvania at Storks Plows, Milwaukee, hosted by Western Plows.
Levi Jett, CSP, ASM is the President of Jett Facility Consultants, a leader in operations consulting. for snow and landscape contractors. Levi gained experience with mock event training during his active-duty military service. Since retiring from the military, he has brought this knowledge to the professional snow and ice management industry and has years of experience in this arena.
